The NYSBA will hold its Fall 2015 CLE Conference on October 15.  Eric W. Penzer and Joe La Ferlita will be among the presenters at this CLE, Joe will also moderate.

This basic-to-intermediate level program is designed as a well-rounded overview of what a practitioner will likely encounter, and should consider as strategies for clients, in the realm of estate planning.  The experienced faculty members will review the substantive law, suggest practice tips, and highlight recommended steps you should take in your counseling, based on typical but also thorny issues your clients may bring to you. Ethical guidelines will be addressed, as well as ethical dilemmas that may be lurking below the surface in the course of an active estate planning practice.

7.5 TOTAL CREDITS: 4.0 in Professional Practice; 2.5 in Skills; 1.0 in Ethics.   This course has been approved for MCLE credit in New York for all attorneys, including newly admitted (less than 24 months).
