- Appointment of a Fiduciary for both Administration and Probate
- Administration of the Estate, including marshaling assets; debts and creditors claims; the role of the public administrator; post-death estate planning and decanting
Afternoon Session
- Administration of the Estate, continued, including estates that include a business, asset valuation, estate tax returns, right of election and discharging the Fiduciary
- Estate Litigation and how to avoid it
- Ethics
