This free workshop will provide an overview of the new equity crowdfunding rules recently adopted by the SEC which could revolutionize the way startups raise capital. Companies will soon be able to raise capital online from anyone within certain limits without registering with the SEC. Alon Kapen will be the presenter for the workshop. Mr. Kapen focuses on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies and their individual investors and counsels on compliance with securities laws.
