Charlotte Biblow will be a panelist at a seminar on Environmentally Distressed Property, co-sponsored by the US Green Building Council – Long Island Region, Energeia and SCVOA on Thursday, October 29th from 8-10am. It is being held at the Molloy College Atrium, located at 7180 Republic Airport, East Farmingdale.
Steve Bellone is the keynote speaker. Charlotte will be on the first panel of the morning, which includes:

·         Carrie Meek Gallagher, newly appointed NYS DEC Regional Director for Region 1 – who will speak on the newly revised Brownfields Cleanup Program (BCP)

·         Phil Bousquet, Partner, Bousquet Holstein PLLC  – who will be speaking on the changes to the BCP tax incentives

·         Jim Blasting, P.G. OneGroup  – who will be speaking on Risk Management and Environmental Insurance

·         Charlotte Biblow, Farrell Fritz – who will discuss navigating through the revised BCP and concerns applicants have with the program.

The second panel will be talking about specific brownfields projects on Long Island.
