CLE: Using Expert Witnesses in Litigation – The program will shed light on using experts — in a cost effective way — for trials, trial preparation, and other aspects of litigation.
Presenters include Past SCBA President Harvey Besunder; Hillary Frommer of Farrell Fritz’s Manhattan Office; and Elizabeth Shampnoi, a NYC attorney who has established a distinctive reputation as advising counsel on the selection of expert witnesses. Academy Officer Rob Harper of Farrell Fritz is the program coordinator.
Sign-in and light supper from 6:30. Two MCLE credits (1 skills; 1 professional practice) will be awarded for this program.
