On March 6, 2012, from 6 to 9 p.m., the Suffolk Academy of Law will host, Will Contests: A Primer, a must-attend CLE program for trusts and estates practitioners. Coordinated by former Bar Association president, Sheryl Randazzo of Randazzo & Randazzo, LLP, and Rob Harper of Farrell Fritz, P.C., the program features an experienced faculty, including Bill Parkas of McCoyd Parkas & Ronan, LLP; Lori Sullivan of Jaspan Schlessinger, LLP; and Karen Dunne.
Topics to be covered:
– standing and grounds to contest a will
– SCPA 1404 examinations and pre-objection discovery
– objections to probate
– motions for summary judgment dismissing probate objections
– trial of a will contest
Attendees will receive the following CLE credits: 1.5 in professional practice; 1.0 in skills; and .5 in ethics.
