The Nassau County Bar Association’s Dean’s Hour presents Exciting World of Estate Tax Returns & Accountings: Basic Concepts & Litigation Fodder.
This program will cover the basic ways to settle an executor’s accounting, the judicial settlement of executor’s accounts when there are conflicts, and estate tax and accounting reporting positions that can lead to estate litigation.
This seminar is appropriate for newly-admitted and experienced attorneys. 1.0 credit in professional practice or skills will be awarded.
