Why Attend?
This full-day program delves into virtually everything a practitioner might wish to know about effective will drafting – from the initial client interview through providing for complex issues or situations. The program is taught by a highly respected faculty with vast experience and is recommended to any attorney who may be called upon to draft a will for a client. Those who are novices will derive a solid foundation and seasoned practitioners will gain both a review of effective techniques and an arsenal of new tips and ideas. True to the course title, much of the instruction will look at challenging issues that can arise even in situations that, on the surface, would seem to be devoid of complications. The day includes a complimentary light breakfast and buffet luncheon.
