Farrell Fritz real estate partner, Robert E. Sandler, will be presenting a Lunch & Learn continuing legal education seminar titled, “Commercial Leasing Forms.” His presentation will include a discussion on:
– types of commercial leasing forms
– supplemental commercial leasing terms
– practical tips
Attendees will also receive copies of the following forms:
– Real Estate Board of NY Standard Form of Store Lease with Farrell Fritz Rider;
– Real Estate Board of NY Standard Form of Office Lease with Farrell Fritz Rider; and
– Sample Supplemental Commercial Lease Clauses.
Registration and lunch begin at noon.
Attendees will earn 2.0 credits (1.5 professional practice; 0.5 skills).
