In this last presentation of the Academy’s 2013 Trial Program, a stellar faculty imparts advice on how to effectively utilize the final opportunity to persuade jurors. Lectures and demonstrations (civil and criminal) will provide insight into:

– Reaffirming your theory of a case

– Organizing an effective summation

– Showing the jury how the evidence supports a verdict in favor of your client

– Refuting the other side’s position

– Drafting and submitting jury instructions

There will also be an Ethics Presentation on “Avoiding Charges of Ineffectiveness of Counsel and Other Key Issues”
