This program is designed to train attorneys to understand the foreclosure process, including predatory lending defenses and the interplay between foreclosure and bankruptcy.
The Nassau Academy of Law is waiving tuition for this CLE program for those attorneys agreeing to offer pro bono services to residents of Nassau County facing foreclosure.
