Alexander Litt is a commercial litigation attorney who handles a wide spectrum of matters for high-net-worth individuals and small- to medium-size businesses.
Alexander’s trial experience includes direct examination of expert witnesses, direct and cross-examination question preparation, drafting pre-trial briefs, and preparing damage models and analysis. Alex is also experienced in motion research and drafting, crafting summary judgment and contempt of court hearing motion arguments, and client interviews. He has served as first chair in numerous court hearings and in a judgment debtor deposition.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Alex was a commercial litigation associate at Anderson Kill P.C. He was also a labor and employment extern at Ryder System Inc., and an intern at Bruce Somerstein and Associates and the Nassau County Legal Aid Society.
