[statement]“Over the years, we’ve worked with many practice areas of the firm. All the attorneys are equally sound. At Farrell Fritz, they’re more than good lawyers; they’re smart businesspeople.” – Margaret Krumholz, President and Director, DISC[/statement]

For 40 years, DISC has been a leading provider of creative packaging solutions. For the past 15 years, the attorneys of Farrell Fritz have been by their side, helping them navigate the challenges that DISC has faced as they have grown.

“We’ve had a strong relationship since the very beginning,” said Margaret Krumholz, President and Director of DISC. “Today, there isn’t a corporate or business decision where we don’t seek their advice.” This includes the company’s decision to go private in 2002. While the decision to go private was “simple,” according to Margaret, the process was not.

“Going private was a major undertaking for us, but it was definitely the right move at the right time,” she explained. “Farrell Fritz was instrumental in making that possible. They worked together flawlessly and pulled it all together seamlessly.”

Communication and trust are the hallmarks of the firm’s relationship with DISC, according to Robert C. Creighton, partner in the Corporate & Finance practice. “We’ve built a deep relationship with DISC and its principals that’s grown beyond our corporate practice to involve various practice areas, including Labor & Employment, Environmental, Real Estate, Tax, Land Use and Trusts & Estates.

“We are very proud of our relationship with DISC , which is long lasting and extends throughout their organization and ours, and we believe that the relationship is as strong as it is because of our firm’s team approach to the client relationship.”
